Our Fourth Moonlight Kettle of 2022 Get ready for lift off! April’s Moonlight Kettle, Stratasbeer Single Hop Pale Ale, is brewed spotlighting Strata hops which are of American west coast variety, known their field berry and tropical fruit notes. Single Hop Pale ales are a great style to showcase specific hops and show their depth of aroma and flavour! Pouring a hazy orange hue, this single hop pale ale has aromas of fresh strawberries, passionfruit and hint of resiny pine. The beer has a soft body with flavours of strawberry bon bons, grapefruit and dank notes, finishing with a lingering bitter bite. This beer’s massive dry hop creates flavours that reach as high as the stratosphere!
