Salty and peppercorn rimmed cocktail in front of gin bottle

Pink Peppercorn Salty Dog

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • Rimmer: Crushed handful of pink peppercorns and add 1/4c kosher salt
  • 1/4oz pink peppercorns simple syrup (boil down equal parts sugar and water with whole pink peppercorns to enhance flavour)
  • 2oz Pink peppercorn gin
  • 4oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • Grapefruit twist (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rim rock glass with peppercorn and salt.
  2. Fill rock glass with ice.
  3. Add all ingredients (stir with cocktail spoon).
  4. Garnish with grapefruit twist
