14 Aug Blackberry Gin & Tonic

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5oz Muskoka Spirits Legendary Oddity Gin
• 5 Fresh Blackberries (+1 more for garnish)
• 1/2oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2oz Lime Simple Syrup
• Tonic Water
• Lime, blackberry, thyme (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add gin, lime juice, lime simple syrup, and black berries to martini shaker (muddle)
2. Add ice to martini shaker (shake well)
3. Add ice to Collins glass
4. Strain martini shaker into Collins glass
5. Add club soda (stir as you add)
6. Garnish with lemon, blackberry, and thyme
