Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz. Legendary Oddity Oak Rested Gin
• 3 dashes of bitters
• 2 tsp simple syrup
• Splash of soda water
• Pour over ice
• Optional: Cane sugar rim, orange or lemon wedge

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass add the gin, bitters and simple syrup. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, add a splash of soda water. Garnish with a cane sugar rim and a wedge of orange or lemon.
