26 Feb Pink Peppercorn Gimlet

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

• 2oz Butterfly Effect Pink Peppercorn Gin
• 1oz Fresh lime juice
• 1/4oz Pink peppercorns
• 1/4oz Honey
• Soda water
• Peppercorns & thinly sliced lime wheel (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

1. Muddle peppercorns (dry).
2. Add muddled peppercorns, lime juice, gin, honey, and ice to martini shaker (shake well).
3. Strain (twice if needed) into rock glass over ice.
4. Top off with soda water.
5. Garnish with 5 peppercorns and lime wheel.
